Use of the service
You may use PDF-DRM to upload, protect, encrypt, host, share, and manage PDF files that you own or are legally authorized to use and modify. The service may be used to apply password protection, access restrictions, and other document security features.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
- Uploading or distributing content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights;
- Uploading, sharing, distributing, or using content that infringes upon any party's copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights;
- Transmitting malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful software;
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, networks, or user accounts;
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
- Sharing defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or discriminatory material;
- Interfering with the operation, security, or availability of the service or other users' access to it.
PDF-DRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity performed under your account.
Liability
PDF-DRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the service.
